Legal Notice Regarding Travel Bookings

Please read this notice carefully before making any travel arrangements through Infinite Horizons UK.

Infinite Horizons UK acts as an agent for various travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other providers of travel services (hereinafter referred to as "Suppliers"). I do not own, operate, or control any of the travel services provided by the Suppliers.

When you book travel services through Infinite Horizons UK, you are entering into a contract directly with the relevant Supplier. The terms and conditions of that contract, including but not limited to cancellation policies, refund policies, and liability limitations, will be governed by the Supplier's terms and conditions, which may be provided to you at the time of booking or available on the Supplier's website. I recommend that you carefully review the Supplier's terms and conditions before making a booking.

My role as an agent is limited to facilitating the booking process between you and the Supplier. I will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your booking is processed correctly and that you receive the necessary travel documents. However, I am not responsible for any acts or omissions of the Suppliers, including but not limited to changes in schedules, cancellations, overbookings, or any other issues relating to the travel services provided.

Direct Contact with Suppliers:

For any queries, issues, or assistance required in relation to your booking, including but not limited to changes, cancellations, refunds, or complaints, you should contact the Supplier directly. Contact details for the Supplier will be provided in your booking confirmation or travel documents. Infinite Horizons UK will not be responsible for resolving issues that are the direct responsibility of the Supplier.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Horizons UK shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or in connection with your travel arrangements, including but not limited to any acts or omissions of the Suppliers. My liability is limited to the fees I receive for my services as an agent.

By proceeding with a booking through Infinite Horizons UK, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Legal Notice.
